Program One
Iron Anchor Brotherhood Mentorship Program
Building Strong Men Through Guidance and Example.
A year-round mentorship program for young men in grades 7–12 who need consistent male leadership, structure, and encouragement. Focused on character, accountability, and personal growth through trusted relationships and weekly engagement.
- • One-on-one and group mentorship with positive male role models
- • Character development: respect, discipline, responsibility, integrity
- • Life skills: communication, etiquette, decision making, self-confidence
- • Weekly meetups providing consistency, brotherhood, and accountability
- • Support for fatherless and underserved youth
Program Two
Hands-On Trades and Life Skills Program
Practical Skills for Real World Success.
A skills-based program that introduces young men to hands-on trades and essential life skills that prepare them for adulthood, the workforce, and long-term independence.
- • Trade exposure: automotive, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cooking, computer skills
- • Workshops led by skilled mentors and community professionals
- • Monthly skill-building sessions and seasonal camps
- • Career awareness and workforce readiness
- • Skills they can use at home, build into a career, or pass down
